Moonlighter App Support
The Moonlighter app is for physicians and advanced practice providers who work shifts with Moonlighting Solutions (MLS). In it you see your schedule, request open shifts, confirm your hours after a shift, submit expense receipts, and get notifications about your shifts.
Accounts are by invitation
There is no public sign-up. MLS sends you an invitation link when you start working with us. Open it on your phone and sign in with the same email address the invitation was sent to. If your invitation has expired or you can't find it, contact us and we'll send a new one.
Getting help
For anything about your shifts, hours, pay or schedule, your MLS coordinator is the quickest way to an answer. You can also reach us directly:

If something in the app isn't working, tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
Signing in
Sign in with the email address your invitation went to. If you've forgotten your password, use the password reset link on the sign-in screen. If you still can't get in, call or email us.
Notifications
To get notifications about your shifts, open My Profile in the app and turn on notifications, then allow them when your phone asks. You can turn them off again in your phone's settings.
Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your Moonlighter app account at any time, in either of these ways:
In the app, open My Profile and press Delete My Account at the bottom of the page.
Or email info@moonlightingsolutions.com from the address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account.
MLS staff then delete your account and confirm with you when it's done. You can keep using the app until then. We'll also tell you about any records we have to keep, such as pay records required by law.
