Malpractice covered
We carry malpractice coverage on the assignments we place you in. You do not buy a separate policy for our work.
Credentialing handled
Our credentialing team collects the documents, sends the application in, and follows up with the facility.
Travel and lodging arranged
When an assignment needs travel, we book and pay for the flights, the rental car, and the place you stay.
Pay stated up front
You see the rate, the hours, and the terms in writing before you agree to anything.
One person to call
You work with the same coordinator from the first conversation through the last shift.
The kinds of call we cover
Call means different things at different sites. We tell you which one an assignment is before you take it.
24-hour call
A full day of call, on site or available, with the response time set by the facility.
Callback coverage
You stay home unless you are needed, and come in when the hospital calls. We tell you the usual volume up front.
Night call
Overnight coverage only, ending when the day team takes over.
Weekend call blocks
Friday evening through Monday morning, often on a repeating monthly pattern.
