Expect to be treated like a consultant during your licensing application. There will be necessary information to submit, but all forms will be pre-filled by our team, allowing you to focus your attentions on your clinical and family responsibilities.

We will use your:
CV, AMA Profile, FSMB Profile, and various databases to prefill your applications.

Most applications are now online, you will get a change to confirm all of your data prior to submission

We will contact you for copies of the supporting documents your specific state will require.

We really appreciate your prompt reply, so your license application time stays on schedule.

Common examples of necessary documentation include:

  • Birth certificate
  • Identification
  • Citizenship
  • Name change
  • Court case
  • Military enlistment and/or discharge

Expect to get an envelope in the mail from us. Despite most applications being online, there are usually forms that require a wet signature.

A prepaid return mailing envelope will also be included in your package. To keep costs down, we use USPS 2-day Priority Mail whenever possible.

Fingerprints might also be required if the state requires an FBI background check.

We will help arrange the fingerprinting session and include all the cards the state will require in the mailing.

Once everything is complete and submitted, our team will work with our contacts at the medical boards to expedite the processing of your application and the supporting materials.

Moonlighting Solutions looks forward to partnering with you on your licensing journey.
